Role Description: The successful candidate will be an experienced delivery, solution, services and people manager who is capable of applying their Project Management and Applications experience as necessary. This is a key and senior position with our client’s leading Australian customers, operating within various different Delivery Centres being based in Brisbane. The role will require ensuring smooth daily operation and services delivery of a team of professional SAP specialists, whilst working closely with multiple customer contacts and with our wider client organisation to ensure successful execution of Major SAP Project and Support work. Job Responsibilities: Program / Project Management of an SAP Strategy execution and implementation Delivery and people management role in our client’s team Foster and maintain a trusted advisor role with our client’s customers. Escalate any problems to our client’s appropriate management team in a timely and professional manner. To motivate staff and ensure timely deliverables of milestones To manage the project / support budgets and schedule Anticipate and resolve project and support services risks and obstacles; recommend solutions Communicate with colleagues, management and end user business community on requirements, project status and issues Must be able to travel
